Concrete Wine Cellar!

These wine cellars have been designed and engineered locally as an alternative to using shipping containers.Also available in terracotta colour.

Features include-

• Made from 40MPA reinforced concrete with a 100mm wall thickness
• Double plated, insulated steel door comes fitted with a double glazed window
  
• The door is fitted with the highest quality industrial thermal seals available.
• Cellar is lockable but also includes an internal safety latch for extra safety-Occupants cannot be locked inside!!
  
• Units can be freestanding or ideally buried or submerged into an embankment.
• Comes with concrete base.
• Designed for easy unloading with tray truck and hiab crane. Cellar has lifting lugs that allow it to be positioned.
• Tapered roof line allowing water run off.
• New Heavy Duty Container Door hinges are used with brass bearings (no plastic!)
  
• Weighs approx. 6 Tonne
• Wine rack fitted-approx. 240 bottles, however more racks or shelving could be added! Could fit about 1000 bottles!
• Cellar has been tested by independent Fire Academy and proven to withstand extreme external heat(600 deg celcius plus) whilst keeping an acceptable internal temp. Reports available on request.

Altina Wildlife Park- Darlington Point
Using three 40'High Cubes placed together and internal walls removed to make a Reception Centre for the Zoo.
Once out on site, the Altino Wildlife Park lined the exterior with half logs to give it a eco friendly appearance. Some photos below of work in progress!
